Handmade silver jewelry, forged from resilience and built to last a lifetime. Broken Hand Creations began with an accident—but it was never about the accident. It was about what came after.

We are Caleb and Malia Calles, a husband and wife team who have been married for over 19 years. Caleb is the artist behind every piece — doing all of the silversmithing, as well as cutting and polishing stones for many of his creations.

Caleb's journey into jewelry making began in 2010, following a work accident that resulted in the loss of two fingers on his right hand. Rather than letting that define him, he evolved his skills in response to this challenge and created something truly unique: his own stamp, a replica of his actual handprint, to honor the resilience and functionality of the human body. That handprint is the heart of Broken Hand Creations.

Caleb has grown into an artist with a deep respect for the craft—and a steady, practiced hand shaped by experience.
