Since many items are made to order, please expect up to 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. 

If you need an item expedited,  there is an option to pay for this upon check out, and please reach out to us so that we can make your order a priority. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now ship worldwide; please select USPS International when checking out. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping,  taxes, and import fees.
 

RETURN POLICY

 We are confident that you will love your purchase!  We are diligent to accurately describe and photograph items. Your happiness with your jewelry is our priority, so if there is an issue or concern, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery date.  We are happy to accept your item back and give you 100% store credit in exchange if the item is returned in its original, new, unworn condition and in the same packaging. Items not sent in same  packaging can get damaged in shipping on postal conveyor belts & in  sorting machines. Broken Hand Creations is unable to accept responsibility for  damage caused by insufficient packaging on returned items, and items returned damaged as a result of insufficient packaging on the part of the customer will not be eligible for credit.  Return shipping  charges are responsibility of the buyer.
